How do you verify a store is halal?+
Each partner submits its current certification, and our team visits the counter before listing. Certificates are re-checked annually and a photo of the live certificate is attached to every order you receive.
Can I order from more than one store at once?+
That is the whole point. Add items from four different shops and one Halal Move shopper collects them in a single run — you pay one delivery fee, not four.
What if a cut is out of stock?+
Your shopper messages you from the counter with a photo and a suggested swap. Nothing is substituted without you approving it first.
How is meat kept cold on the way?+
Chilled items travel in insulated bags with food-grade gel packs, and meat is kept apart from everything else. If something arrives warm, report it from the order in your account with a photo — we put it right, and you are not asked to send it back.
